摘要
对目前国际上两种主要的公司治理模式的特征、效率和发展趋势进行了比较 ,并进一步结合我国上市公司治理结构的现状进行分析 ,得出了我国目前公司治理模式的选择上应以内部治理结构为主 。
In this paper,the author makes a comparison on the characteristics, efficiency and evolutionary tendency of the two main classical corporate governance patterns in the world and analyses the current situation of corporate governance of listed companies in China.Based on these analysis,it comes to a conclusion that relying mainly on internal corporate governance and consummating gradually external corporate governance are the suitable choice for present corporate governance pattern in China.
