摘要
噬菌体展示肽库技术是一种新的肿瘤筛选技术 ,它将随机多肽文库表达于丝状噬菌体的表面 ,使高通量筛选多肽配体变得容易些。该技术在研究蛋白质之间的相互作用、寻找肿瘤特异性抗原和治疗性靶肽以及在新型诊断试剂和疫苗研制中都有重要用途。
Phage display peptide library technology is based on expressing recombinant random peptides on the surface of filamentous phage. It is a new approach through high-throughput selection of peptide ligands of diversity facilitated. The technique is widely used in exploring protein-protein interactions, finding specific antigens of tumor, cancer targeting therapeutic peptides, new diagnostic agents, and vaccine development.
