摘要
目的:探讨白内障手术从现代囊外(ECCE)到反眉状隧道式白内障摘除(小切口无缝线)人工晶状体(IOL)植入再到超声乳化白内障吸除(phaco)IOL植入术的过渡和转换中技术的优越性。方法:58例(79眼)均采用囊袋上机械碎核,低能量高负压吸除碎核。结果:58例(79眼)无1例发生后囊膜破裂,角膜内皮细胞损伤性水肿发生率极低,视力恢复很快,很稳定。结论:技术互补,明显减少了对眼内周围组织的损伤,升华了手术效果,使该手术更具安全性、完美性,更具有广泛的推广前景。
AIM: To explore the improvement of cataract surgeries developed from extracap sular extraction to small incision IOL implantation without suture, and then to phaco IOL implantation.· METHODS: A total of 58 cases (79 eyes) underwent improved nucleus division an d phaco energy nucleus exsuction.· RESULTS: No posterior capsular rupture occurred in all the cases. The inciden ce of endothelial cell injured edema was quite low, and visual acuity was improv ed quickly and steadily.· CONCLUSION: Compensation of different techniques can apparently reduce the ti ssue injuries and improve the effectiveness and safety of surgery. Thus it is of great value to be expanded.·
