摘要
对比观察不同核处理手法在不同硬度晶体核乳化中的应用。方法 :198例 ( 2 2 2眼 )白内障采用连续环形撕囊或开罐式截囊 ,分别采用蚀刻分割法和劈裂法 ,在囊袋内或虹膜瞳孔平面完成超声乳化。记录两种方式的有效超声时间。结果 :在 级~ 级硬度核中劈裂法的平均有效超声时间明显少于蚀刻分割法的平均有效时间 ( P<0 .0 0 1或 0 .0 5 ,t检验 ) ,且在硬度较高的晶体核较为明显。结论 :应用劈裂法可以缩短超声时间 。
To investigate the different methods of nucleus treating in various hardness cataracts phacoemulsification.Methods:On 198 cases(222 eyes),continuous circular capsulorhexis or can opener capsulotomy was performed.The nucleus was emulsified by the method of divide & conquar or phaco chop in the bag or at the plane of iris pupil,and record the weighted phaco time.Results:The average weighted phaco time of the method of phaco chop was obviously shorter than that of divide & conquar in the hard grad Ⅲ~Ⅴ nucleus(p<0 001 or p<0 05,t test).There isnt significant difference in hard grade Ⅱ nucleus.Conclusion:Skillful phaco chop management can reduce the phaco time and improve the operative therapeutic effect and efficiency.
