人、兔、大鼠血淋巴细胞β-受体若干性质的比较

COMPARISON OF β-RECEPTOR CHARACTERISTICS IN INTACT LYMPHOCYTE FROM HUMAN, RABBIT AND RAT BLOOD

摘要 以[_3H]DHA为放射配基,比较了人、家兔和大鼠血淋巴细胞β-受体与配基结合的若干参数。结果表明,不同种属间淋巴细胞β-受体密度存在差异,依次为家兔(n=9)104.5±19.8 fmol/10~6细胞>大鼠(n=5)68.8±12.3 fmol/10~6细胞>人(n=13)56±8.65 fmol/10~6细胞,(X±SD)。但是三者平衡解离常数Kd值相近,分别为8.39±2.76nM,6.34±2.99nM,6.96±1.62nM(X±SD)。Hill系数均极接近于1。提示,家兔、大鼠和人血淋巴细胞与β受体配基的结合过程属同一类型。兔和大鼠疾病模型中淋巴细胞β受体变化的资料对人类疾病时β受体作用的研究有一定的参考价值。 The affinity and number of β-adrenergic receptors in intact lymphocytes from human,rabbit and rat blood were measured and compared. The results showed that densities ofβ-adrenergic receptor in normal lymphocytes from human (n=13), rat and rabbit (n=9)were 56±8.65, 68.8±12.3 and 104.5±19.8 fmol/10 cell, respectively. However, the corres-ponding values of Kd were 6.96±1.62, 6.34±2.99 and 8.39±2.76, and the Hill coefficientsin three were all around 1.0, indicating that the binding of [~3H] DHA to human, rabbitand rat were identical.
