摘要
本文通过对生源地助学贷款的调查,国家助学贷款面临问题的分析以及高等教育、区域经济、人才战略三者关系的思考,探讨了在以金融助推教育发展的基础上,学校收费要压、资金社会要筹、学生深造要保的社会问题。
With the investigation into the hometown-oriented student-aided loans, this paper makes an analysis on the diffculties in the state student-aided loans and the roles of highly education, regional economy and intellectual strategy, and proposes the countermeasures on how to reduce the fees from the school, to finance form the society and aid the student to finish their education with the help of finance field.Key word:hometown-oriented; student-aided loans; investingation.
