摘要
在Gleeble1500热模拟试验机上采用单道次压缩变形,研究了变形温度、变形速率对贝氏体非调质钢奥氏体动态再结晶行为的影响.根据所得不同条件下的真应力 真应变曲线可知,动态再结晶发生在较高的变形温度和较低的应变速率下.
The effects of deformation temperature and strain rate on austenite dynamic recrystallization behaviour of microalloyed bainitic engineering steel were investigated by single pass compression test in Gleeble1500 thermal simulator testing machine. According to true stress-strain curves on various test conditions, dynamic recrystallization took place under higher deformation temperature and lower strain rate circumstances.
