摘要
在气相连续流动装置中以TiO2 薄膜为光催化剂 ,对甲醇的脱氢反应进行了研究 .考察了空速、光照时间和反应温度对甲醇转化率的影响以及产氢量与添加的水蒸气量和甲醇浓度的关系 ,并将TiO2 薄膜催化剂的光催化活性与TiO2 纳米粉体催化剂进行了比较 .反应动力学研究表明 ,光催化甲醇脱氢反应为一级反应 ,其活化能为 8 6 4kJ/mol.
The photocatalytic decomposition of gaseous methanol on TiO 2 film was performed in a continuous flow reactor. The effect of various factors, such as space velocity, illuminating time, reaction temperature, water vapor added and methanol concentration, on the photocatalysis process was investigated, and the photocatalytic activity of nano TiO 2 film was compared with TiO 2 nanoparticles. The reaction order of the methanol decomposition was calculated through the results of kinetics, and the activation energy of the reaction was 8 46 kJ/mol . According to the kinetic and GC/MS analytical results, the reaction mechanism was deduced.
