摘要
探讨了对Ni/Al2 O3 催化剂进行水热处理以提高其催化活性的可行性 ,着重研究了水热处理前后催化剂形貌、结构及组成的变化 .结果表明 ,水热处理促进了Ni以网状形式吸附于Al2 O3 载体表面 ,提高了催化剂的比表面积和表面的Ni/Al原子比 。
The effect of hydrothermal treatment on the morphology, structure and composition of the Ni/Al 2O 3 catalyst was studied by means of SEM, XRD, XPS and DTA TG. The results indicated that the atomic ratio of Ni to Al in the Ni/Al 2O 3 catalyst increased from 0 15 to 0 18 after hydrothermal treatment. The increase in the specific surface area of the catalyst was connected with the occurrence of the netlike structure for the Ni bearing components at elevated temperatures. Ni(NO 3) 2 adsorbed on the surface of Al 2O 3 particles in samples with and without hydrothermal treatment was converted to NiAl 2O 4 crystallites after being sintered in air at 450 ℃ for 2 h. The hydrothermal treatment of the Ni/Al 2O 3 catalyst was favorable for the improvement of the catalytic activity for methane cracking and the increase in the initial cracking rate of methane.
