摘要
结合石油、化工企业催化剂车间的生产工艺要求 ,将计算机系统、电气系统与机械系统有机地结合起来 ,设计了一套以机械采样为基础、数据通信为载体、计算机决策为核心、自动控制为手段的料粒生产线在线监控系统 ,实现了SiO2 料粒的在线监控与分析。应用表明 ,显著提高了企业的生产效率和产品质量。
Combining the technical requirements of catalyst production lines in petroleum and chemical engineering enterprises, the computer system, electric system and mechanical system are integrated organically to compose an online supervisory system of granular material production line. The design is based on mechanical sampling, and uses data communication as carrier, computer policy maker as kernel as well as automatic control as means. Thus, online supervisory and analysis of granular Silica is implemented. The application shows that the efficient of production and quality of products are enhanced for enterprises.
