摘要
从包装材料、绿色包装、无菌包装等食品包装的主要领域对近年来我国食品包装技术的研究进展所进行的分析表明:拓展食品包装的功能,减轻包装废弃物对环境污染,已成为新世纪食品包装的发展趋势。即随着科技的进步,食品包装趋向日益完美的保鲜功能,趋向开启食用更为便利,将逐步走向绿色包装。
The analysis of the new progress in the recent research on packing materials, green package, no fungus package and other main fields shows that the development of food packing functions and the reduction of environment pollution caused by package wastes has become a developing tendency for the food packing industry in the new century, which means that with the science and technology progress the food package tends to find its way to the increasing excellence of freshness preservation, more convenience in package opening and green package.
