海马CA1区穿孔突触数与联合学习成绩优良相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :研究联合学习是否伴有海马内突触的形态学变化。方法 :对小鼠进行行为训练 (联合学习 ) ,然后根据成绩分绩优组和绩低组。取海马CA1区辐射层作超薄切片 ,电镜观察 ,并定量研究单位切片面积内的突触数。结果 :与对照组相比 ,绩优组的穿孔突触数显著增加了 2倍 ,而绩低组无显著变化。结论 :小鼠海马CA1区的穿孔突触增多是联合学习成绩优良的重要形态基础。 Objective: To study whether the learning ability is related to morphological changes of synapses in the hippocampus. Methods: Mice underwent behavioral training (associated learning) were divided into high and low achievement groups based on their achievements. Ultrathin sections were obtained from the stratum radiatum of CA1 area in the hippocampus and were observed under electron microscope. The number of synapses persection area was quantitatively studied. Results: Compared with the control, the number of perforated synapses in the high achievement group increased by 3 folds but was unchanged in the low achievement group. Conclusion:Increase of the perforated synapses in the hippocampal CA1 area is an important morphological basis for the better achievement in associated learning.
