摘要
1目的 比较克疣淋和干扰素在激光治疗尖锐湿疣后预防复发的疗效。 2方法 将 15 0例尖锐湿疣患者随机分 3组 ,第 组 :单纯激光治疗 ;第 组 :激光加局部涂抹克疣淋 ;第 组 :激光加局部注射干扰素。随访 3个月 ,记录复发情况。3结果 第 组与第 组疗效差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,第 组明显高于第 组 (P<0 .0 5 )。第 组复发率 (4.44% )与第 组 (0 .0 0 % )相近 ,而与第 组(18.75 % )差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。 4结论 激光加局部涂抹克疣淋治疗尖锐湿疣疗效远优于单纯激光治疗 ,复发率低 ,与激光加干扰素治疗相当 ,且不良反应少 ,使用方便 ,患者依从性好。
Objective To compare the effectiveness of two drugs,anti-verrucosis and interferon in treatment of preventing recurrence of condyloma acuminatum(CA) after the operation to erase warts by laser.Methods 150 patients with CA were randomly divided into three groups.Group 1:treatment by laser only.Group 2:laser plus anti-verrucosis.Group 3:laser plus interferon.Three months follow up was given and the recurrence rates were also recorded.Results The effectiveness of group 2 and group 3 was almost similar(P>0.05),which was much higher than that of group 1(P<0.05).The recurrence rates of CA in the group 1,2 and 3 were 18,75%,4.44% and 0.00% respectively.There was a significant difference(P<0.05) between the group 2,3 and the group 1.Conclusion Laser plus anti-verrucosis was more effective than laser only.The effectiveness of laser plus anti-verrucosis was as good as laser plus interferon.
