摘要
目的 :建立RP HPLC法测定双保险避孕套中的壬苯醇醚含量。方法 :采用菲罗门公司的 (月神 )C18色谱柱 (2 5 0mm× 4 .6mm ,5 μm) ,流动相 :甲醇 水 (90∶10 ) ,流速1.0ml·min-1,检测波长 2 75nm ,灵敏度 0 .5AUFS ,进样量 2 0 μl。 结果 :壬苯醇醚在 0 .5～ 3.0mg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好。回归方程 :A =1.377× 10 6C - 4 .14 1× 10 3 r =0 .9999。平均回收率 :10 0 .8% (n =10 )RSD =1.3%。结论 :本法专属性强 ,结果准确可靠。可作为双保险避孕套中壬苯醇醚含量的质量控制标准。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of nonoxinol in condom.Method: The pharomen C 18 (250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm)column used, the mobile phase was composed of methanol water(90∶10), the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min -1 , the detection wavelength was at 275 nm,the sensitivity was 0.5 AUFS,and the sample size was 20 μl.Result: The calibration curve was good linear within a range of 0.5 3.0 mg·ml -1 ( r = 0.999 9 ). The recovery was 100.8% ( n =10), RSD = 1.3% . Conclusion: The method is accuracy,precision, and having a good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of nonoxinol in condom.
