摘要
本文首次提出用温病学理论解释红斑狼疮发热的病因病理,并以此理论指导治疗难治性疾病红斑狼疮发热惠者31例,临床将其分为三种证型为主:暑湿固阻;热毒炽盛;阴虚内热,邪伏阴分等,分别用蒿芩清胆汤、加减犀角地黄汤及青蒿鳖甲汤等加减治疗,获满意疗效。此法为红斑狼疮发热的治疗开辟了一条新路。
The etiology and pathogenesis of fever caused by lupus erythematosis was analyzed according to the TCM theory of Epidemic Febrile Diseases, and 31 cases were treated under the guidance of such theory. The cases were classified as three principal categories: accumulation of summer-heat and dampness, hyperactivity heat and toxic material and yin-deficiency internal heat with retention of evils in yin-level. The prescription for treatment was Hao Qin Qing Dan Tang, Xi Jiao Di Huang Tang (modified) and Qing Hao Bie Jia Tang (modified) respectively. The therapeutic effects were satisfactory. These findings point to a promising new direction in the treatment of fever caused by lupus erythematosis.
