摘要
通过对从阿根廷引进的抗草甘膦大豆在田间种植,在四周50m范围内植野生大豆Y—8104,收获后第2年种植,通过喷施草甘膦,发现1株抗草甘膦野生大豆,因怀疑抗草甘膦大豆在田间种植,取其叶片提取DNA,再经过PCR检测,确认为阳性,可初步判定该株野生大豆为基因漂移植株。
This study was conducted in the field of our institute. First, we planted the roundup soybean seeds in the middle field, then, we planted the wild soybean around the roundup ready soybean in different direction in nature environment in 50 meters. The second year we plated the wild soybean seeds in the field, then we sprayed more roundups in the plants, and selected the plants who were not died, we checked the leaves in the lab by PCR. And we found one wild soybean plant got the round-up ready gene from the original roundup ready soybean.
