摘要
企业决策的伦理与否很难用明确的概念外延来描述,因此,对于决策伦理程度的定量判别、以及伦理评价指标与其他经济、社会指标的结合这两个问题,普通的量化方法显得束手无策。运用模糊数学中的"格贴进度"概念和"综合评价模型"为以上两个领域提供了具体的模糊量化评价方法,并用强生的案例作了说明。
Common quantifying methods can do very little to solve the problems of quantifying ethics level of enterprise decision and its integration with other decision evaluation indexes, because ethics is a fuzzy concept. The paper makes use of quantifying models of fuzzy mathematics to provide concrete methods for solving the above problems. At last the case of Johnson & Johnson was gived.
