摘要
以鸡红细胞作为靶细胞,小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞为效应细胞研究了巨噬细胞的吞噬能力。经低渗处理后,血红蛋白酶释放的多少以它氧化邻苯二胺所产生的颜色反应表示吞噬百分比。对红细胞数与OD值关系、不同粘附时间和不同吞噬时间与吞噬能力的关系进行了研究。方法灵敏、可靠、客观,有推广应用的价值。
A hemoglobin enzyme release assay (Hb-ERA) was established to measure the phagocytosis of macrophage. In this assay,chicken red blood cells were used as target cells,and mouse peritoneal macrophages as effector cells,after phagocytosis,hemoglobin enzyme was released by hypotonic treatment. The assay is based on the fact that hemoglobin has peroxidase activity capable of catalyzing the oxidation of ophenylenediamine to give coloration which can be measured by spectro-. meter Several conditions were studied.
