摘要
针对高职高专教育教学质量提升比较困难的现状 ,提出了从教育科研入手 ,阐述了“职业能力”的科学内涵、“职业能力”的形成规律及“能力本位”
To start with the educational scientific research,this paper has set forth the scientific connotation of professional abilities and some other theoretical problems about the vocational education It has explained the law of the forming of the professional ability and training model of the ability standard And it puts stress on the present difficulties in upgrading the teaching quality in education of the senior vocational and specialty
