摘要 协同商务作为一种新的商务模式,近年来逐渐成为研究的热点,其知识共享问题也凸显出来。由于协同商务具有协同交互性、跨组织的流程和业务整合、虚拟性、动态性、开放性、深层次、全方位等特点,协同商务环境下的知识共享比较复杂。讨论了协同商务的特点和协同商务环境下知识共享的障碍因素,以及相应的解决办法。
