摘要
采用不同煅烧温度、保温时间的各种热激活工艺参数对所选的煤矸石试样进行热激活处理 .将处理样粉磨后以一定质量比例掺入水泥中制成煤矸石硅酸盐水泥 ,测其各龄期胶砂强度值 .综合考虑强度和煤矸石粉磨能耗 ,采用模糊决策模型 ,遴选出该煤矸石最佳的热激活工艺参数 .
The selected coal refuse was treated by heat activation under different temperatures and different calcining time.The calcined coal refuse samples were ground and mixed into Portland cement in certain proportion.Mortar strength of coal refuse cement was tested.Decision fuzzy election (DFE) model was used with a view of strength and consumed energy for grinding.At last the best calcining technics of the coal refuse was found.
