摘要
对激素6 BA,NAA及其组合诱导薄荷茎段的分化与增殖进行研究。结果表明:6 BA在0.5~5mg L范围内有利于茎段芽的诱导,且诱导芽数随着6 BA浓度的升高而增加;NAA在0.05~1mg L范围内苗的生长明显,且在0.05~0.3mg L有利于根的诱导;激素组合6 BA2mg L+NAA0.1mg L最有利于芽的诱导,增殖系数达到7.7。
This paper studies the effect about different concentrations of 6-BA?NAA and their combination in inducing differentiation and proliferation of mint stem. 0.5~5 mg/L 6-BA are good to induce sprout, the higher the concentration,the more amount of sprouts;0.05~1mg/L NAA obviously induce seedling growth, 0.05~0.3mg/L NAA suit to induce roots. 6-BA 2mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L is the best combination of induce sprout, the coefficient of proliferation is 7.7.
