摘要
目的 观察牛珀至宝微丸对内毒素急性肺损伤时胶原纤维表达的影响。方法 静脉注射内毒素(LPS)1.5mg/kg、腹腔注射 D-氨基半乳糖(D-GalN)100mg/kg造成内毒素休克模型,用牛珀至宝微丸和 AG作对照干预处理,VanGieson 法染色检测胶原纤维在肺组织内的表达。结果 内毒素造成严重的急性肺损伤,肺组织胶原纤维染色显著增强;牛珀至宝微丸能减轻肺损伤,肺组织胶原纤维染色明显减弱。结论 牛珀至宝微丸能减轻内毒素急性肺损伤和纤维化,可能有治疗急性肺损伤纤维化的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Niu-po-zhi-bao pellet (牛珀至宝微丸) on acute lung injury and Collagenous Fiber express in endotoxin shock rat. Methods The model of endotoxin shock was induced by LPS and D-GalN. Pathological injure was tested by lung HE stained slices and the expression of Collagenous Fiber was measuredby Van Gieson's stained slices. Results Niu-po-zhi-bao pellet can obviously protect lung and drop Collagenous Fiber expression. Conclusion Niu-po-zhi-bao pellet can improve acute lung injury of endotoxin shock by adjusting Collagenous Fiber expression which might be lung fibrosis. 〔
