摘要
由于自身发展的历史和条件不同,以及生源素质的差异,各设计院校工业设计教育的定位和培养模式是不同的。根据工业设计毕业生的就业方向、企业人才需求规格及学科及其专业教育的特点,确定了普通理工科院校工业设计专业的办学定位及基本培养模式,即:以本科教育为主体,积极发展以专业素质及综合设计能力为主的硕士教育;以企业需求为主要目标,兼顾不同的就业方向;以实践性人才培养为主导,兼顾学生个性发展的不同需要。并提出只有根据自身的特点,办出有各自特色的、适应社会需要的设计院校和专业,才是其最佳的选择。
Due to the different self-development periods and conditions as well as the variations of quality of student resource, the orientation and cultivation pattern are diverse for industrial design education. It is the best choice to conduct diverse specialty education to meet the needs of society. In light of the employment orientation, the talent demand of enterprises and the character of disciplines and specialized education, the orientation of school management and the pattern of cultivation could be described as: take the undergraduate education as the priority; take an active measure to develop the post-graduate education aiming at the education of specialty quality and integrated design ability; take the enterprise demand as the main goal and consider different employment directions; take the cultivation of skilled talents in the lead and combine the different requirements of individuality development of students.
