摘要
分析了一维光电位置敏感器件(positionsensitivedetector,PSD)的非线性的原因,并根据PSD的非线性特点,提出了用神经网络的共轭梯度算法对PSD的非线性进行补偿,从而使PSD的非线性区获得了与线性区近似的线性度。因此,在不增加复杂测量设备的情况下,扩大了测量范围,提高了非线性区的测量准确度和数据的置信度。
The causes of non-1inearity of position sensitive detector (shorted for PSD) are analyzed. Conjugate gradient optimum algorithm for nerve network to correct the non-linearity of PSD is provided according to whose characteristic, so the linearity of non-linear area is approximate identical to linear area's .The correction leads to prominent improvement of measurement precision for non-linear area, and the usable area of PSD is thus extended.The reliability of data is also improved without increasing the complexity of hardware.
