摘要
目的:研究细胞色素P450 2A3(cytochrome P450 2A3,CYP2A3)在大鼠嗅粘膜表达变化的规律?方法:应用免疫组化方法观察胎鼠?幼鼠及成年鼠嗅粘膜内CYP2A3的免疫表达?结果:大鼠嗅粘膜内CYP2A3的表达始于孕17 d,随胎仔发育表达不断增强,生后3周达一峰值,并持续增长至成年期?固有层Bowman's腺细胞内CYP2A3表达强度从出生后3周开始超出支持细胞?结论:嗅粘膜内CYP2A3酶表达与嗅感受神经元功能发育基本同步,二者可能存在共同的生长调控因子,而Bowman's腺细胞是嗅粘膜内CYP2A3酶表达及发挥功能活性的主要部位?
Objective: To determine the developmental expression of cytochrome P450 2A3 (CYP2A3)in rat olfactory mucosa. Methods: The immunoreactivities of CYP2A3 in olfactory mucosa in fetal, newborn and adult rats were observed with immunohistchemical methd. Results: The expression of CYP2A3 was first detected on gestational 17 day (G17). With the progression of the development, the intensity of CYP2A3 immunoreactivity increases, reaches a peak at 3 weeks after birth and continues to rise till the adult period. The staining intensity in acinar cells of Bowman' glands in the laminar propria surpassed that in sustentacular cells in the epithelium from 3 weeks after birth. Conclusion: The expression of CYP2A3 in rat olfactory mucosa is synchronous with that of olfactory sensory neurons at developmental stages; it is very likely that they have the same regulatory factors. Bowman's glands are the primary sites for the odorant metabolism by CYP2A3. [
