摘要
目的:观察1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)对体外循环(CPB)术后促炎性细胞因子释放的影响,并探讨其减轻CPB术后全身炎症反应的机理?方法:在常规体外循环预充液中加入FDP 200 mg/kg?分别在术前?CPB结束后即刻?术后3?6及24 h抽取桡动脉血,采用ELISA法测定血浆IL-6?IL-8的浓度?结果:实验组IL-6?IL-8在CPB结束后即刻,3?6 h血浆浓度均明显低于对照组(P<0.01),在CPB术后24 h仍低于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)?结论:FDP可明显减少CPB术后IL-6?IL-8的释放,减轻CPB术后全身炎症反应?
Objective: To observe the influence of fructose-1,6-diphosphate on the release of IL-6 and IL-8 after the operation of extracorporeal circulation and investigate its mechanism. Methods: FDP(200 mg/kg)was added into the prime before CPB. Blood samples were drawn from the radial artery at the following time points: (1) before the operation; (2) at the end of CPB ; (3)three hours after the operation; (4) six hours after the operation; (5) twenty-four hours after the operation. The plasma levels of interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin-8(IL-8) were assayed by ELISA. Results: Concentrations of IL-6 and IL-8 of the treated group were significantly lower than those of the control group at the end of CPB, 3 and 6h ours after the operation (P<0.01). They were lower than those of the control group at 24 hours after the operation(P<0.01,P<0.05). Conclusion: FDP can reduce the release of IL-6 and IL-8 after CPB and alleviate the systemic inflammatory response induced by extracorporeal circulation [
