Alzheimer病患者外周血Th1/Th2亚群5种细胞因子的基因表达

摘要 目的:检测Alzheimer病(AD)患者外周血Th1/Th2亚群5种细胞因子的基因表达,探讨其在AD慢性病理过程中的作用?方法:应用RT-PCR反应体系分别检测AD患者?血管性痴呆(VD)患者和正常对照组外周血中IL-2?IL-4?IL-6?IL-10?IFN-γ 5种细胞因子的基因表达状况?结果:IL-2?IL-6的表达在AD患者明显上调,与VD组?对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IL-4?IL-10?IFN-γ的表达各组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)?结论:Th1/Th2亚群分泌的5种细胞因子可以作为检测AD的外周血免疫标记物? Objective: To assay gene expression of five cytokines in the peripheral blood of AD patients, and investigate their functions in the chronic pathologic process in AD patients. Methods: Using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) technique, gene expression of IL-2, IL-4, IL-6,IL-10, IFN-γ in the peripheral blood of AD (n=20), vascular dementia patients and control subjects were assayed. Results: Higher IL-2(n=18) and IL-6 (n=20) gene expression were observed in the peripheral blood of AD compared with VD patients and control subjects (P<0.05). However, IL-4, IL-10 and IFN-γ gene expression showed no difference among all subjects (P>0.05). Conclusion: The five cytokines of Th1/Th2 lymphocyte subpopulations can be used as neuroimmno markers of AD patients in the peripheral blood. [
