摘要
本文报导了在四种溶剂中,4-羟甲基-2-对硝基苯基-1,3-二硫戊环和4-羟甲基-2-苯基-1,3-二硫戊环与氯甲基化交联聚苯乙烯(2%DVB)的固载化反应。研究结果表明:常用的四氢呋喃(THF)不能作为本固载化反应的溶剂。二氧杂环己烷(Dioxan)、硝基苯/二甲苯(PhNO_2/xylene)和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺可用作反应溶剂,其中N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为最佳。本文还探讨了固载化反应中的溶剂效应。
In this paper we studied the immobilization of 4-hydroxymethyl-2-p-nitrophenyl-1,3-dithiolane (HNPD) and 4-hydroxymethyl-2-phenyl-1,3-dithiolane ( HPD) on p-chlorotnethylated polystyrene crosslinked by 2% DVB in four solvents. The results showed that typical tetrahydrofuran had no use for this immobilization. Dioxan, PhNO2/Xylene, or DMF were suitable for this Williamson reaction, and the best was DMF no matter that DMF might join the coupling which was shown by obvious peak of carbonyl group from 1R analysis and higher content of nitrogen than the theoretical value. As can be seen from the comparation, higher reflux temperature and swollen coefficient of solvents were improved the yields of this immobilization. For solvents with higher swollen coefficient, such as THF and Dioxan, reflux temperature of solvent was crucial to the reaction, but for solvents with higher reflux temperature, swollen coefficient of solvents might play a very important role in this immobilization.
