摘要
本文针对我国现行民族区域自治立法体制及其存在的问题——民族自治地方自治立法权限的范围不统一、民族自治地方立法主体的设置不科学、特殊民族立法程序不合理等,在进行充分论证的基础上提出了改进的路径。
This paper analyzes the problems in the local legislation system of regional autonomy of ethnic groupsthere is no uniform legislative competence for regional autonomy of ethnic groups, the legislative subject is set up unscientifically and the legislative process is unreasonable, and some proposals are put forward to solve these problems.
