介绍了芯棒润滑剂的工艺要求,提出了一种适用于连轧管机芯棒的耐水润滑剂,经对比正交试验,耐水润滑剂性能优于目前使用的其他润滑剂,满足连轧管机芯棒工艺润滑要求。
The author presents readers an introduction of the technological requirement to mandrel lubricant and a new water-resistant lubricant suitable for the bar operation of mandrel pipe mill. The comparative tests carried out in this regards have proven that he said water-resistant lubricant's performance is better than other currently used lubricants for this purpose, meeting all the requirements to mandrel process lubrication for the mandrel pipe mill.
