摘要
①目的 探讨体质量指数 (BMI)与胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人术后预后的关系。②方法 按照BMI把病人分为低体质量组、正常体质量组、超体质量组、肥胖体质量组、严重肥胖体质量组。每组病人记录住ICU时间、住院时间、院内感染率和病死率。③结果 低体质量组病死率显著高于正常体质量组 (P =0 .0 36 ) ;各组住ICU时间、住院时间与正常体质量组比较差异无显著性 (t=1 .6 1 0~ 1 .91 9,P >0 .0 5 ) ;严重肥胖体质量组院内感染率显著高于正常体质量组 (P =0 .0 0 3)。④结论 BMI高低与病人预后有关 ,低BMI病人预后不良 ,高BMI病人应注意预防感染。
Objective To investigate the relationship between body mass index(BMI) and the outcomes of patients with gastrointestinal carcinoma after surgery. Methods The patients were divided into underweight, normal, overweight, obese, severe obese groups based on the BMI. The ICU and hospital stay, nosocomial infection rate and mortality were recorded. Results The mortality was significantly higher in underweight group than that of the normal group ( P =0.036). The nosocomial infection rate in severe obese group was significantly higher than that of the normal group( P =0.003). The difference was not significant between these two groups in terms of ICU and hospital stay ( t=1.6101.919, P >0.05). Conclusion BMI is associated with the prognosis of patients. The patients with low BMI have poor prognosis, and those with high BMI should guard against infection.
