摘要
从机械性能颧焊接性能着手,研究了X100 UOE钢管母材和焊缝的化学成分及钢板的轧制工艺,研究表明.X100UOE钢管具有良好的强度和韧性,焊接性能良好,完全具备管线管的特性。
The chemical elements of base metal and the weld seam of X100 UOE steel pipes and the rolling process of steel plate are investigated based on the mechanical properties and welding performances. The investigation shows that the X100 UOE pipe is of good strength, toughness and excellent welding performances, and meets the specific requirements for linepipes.
