摘要
目的 :探讨胰岛素样生长因子 1(IGF 1)与原发性高血压合并心肌肥厚关系。方法 :采取酶免疫分析法测定了 5 3例原发性高血压患者 (原发性高血压组 )和 16例正常人 (正常对照组 )的血清IGF 1水平。结果 :原发性高血压组血清中IGF 1浓度较正常对照组普遍升高 (P <0 0 5 )。原发性高血压组中心肌肥厚患者血清IGF 1浓度比非心肌肥厚患者显著增高 (P <0 0 1) ;原发性高血压组中室间隔肥厚患者血清IGF 1浓度比室间隔正常患者高 (P <0 0 5 )。原发性高血压组中心肌肥厚患者左心室重量指数及室间隔肥厚患者与血清IGF 1存在相关性 ,r分别为 0 45和 0 43。结论 :本研究发现原发性高血压患者血清中的IGF 1普遍升高 ,提示血液中的IGF 1可能参与原发性高血压某些病理生理过程。原发性高血压组心肌肥厚患者和室间隔增厚患者的血清IGF 1浓度均比非心肌肥厚患者显著和室间隔正常对照患者增高 ,原发性高血压组心肌肥厚患者左心室重量指数及室间隔肥厚患者与血清IGF 1存在相关性 ,提示血清IGF
Objective:To investigate the relationship between circulating insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) and hypertension. Methods:Serum IGF-1 concentration in 53 patients with essential hypertension and 16 healthy persons was measured by enzyme immunoassay (EIA). Results:The results showed that serum IGF-1concentration was significant higher in essential hypertension than in non-hypertension(275.5±116.4 ng/L vs 203.8±82.9 ng/L,p<0.01).Serum IGF-1 concentration was significantly higher in myocardial hypertrophy than in non-myocardial hypertrophy. There was a positive correlation between serum IGF-1 and LVMI(r= 0.45).Serum IGF-1 concentration was significantly higher in interventricular septum thickness≥12mm than in interventricular septum thickness≤11mm(255.9±91 ng/L vs 225.4±74.4 ng/L,p<0.05)There was a positive correlation between serum IGF-1 and interventricular septum(r=0.43). Conclusion: These results indicate that circulating IGF-1 concentration is increased in essential hypertension. It shows that circulating IGF-1 participates in the pathophysiological process of essential hypertension. Serum IGF-1 concentration is significantly higher in myocardial hypertrophy than in non-myocardial hypertrophy. There is a positive correlation between serum IGF-1 and LVMI (r=0.45). Serum IGF-1 concentration is significantly higher in interventricular septum thickness≥12mm than in interventricular septum thickness≤11mm. There is a positive correlation between serum IGF-1 and interventricular septum(r=0.43). It seems that serum IGF-1 promotes myocardial hypertrophy.
