摘要
钢件轧制前的漂洗废水由于Fe2+的含量不高,但pH值仍较低,没有回收价值又达不到排放标准,用CaO二次中和法可有效降低pH值,使Fe2+、Fe3+和SO42+离子沉淀去除,达到回用或排放的标准。
Because the content of Fe2+ is not very high in the rinsing waste water before rolling steel, and pH is still relatively low, there is not recovery value. With oxidizing calcium two times neutralization method pH is effectively reduced, make Fe2+ 、 Fe and SO42+ precipitated to removed. The result treated meet the standard of recovery.
