摘要
采用铁屑还原电镀废水中的六价铬,并控制还原时的PH值,使PH=3.0~4.0。再加入工业废渣—电石渣,使电镀废水中重金属离子沉淀。实验表明,PH=8.6~9.1时,重金属离子去除效果最好。经实际运行,出水达到国家排放标准。设备投资少,治理费用低,该方法对电镀企业,尤其是对中小电镀企业具有很好的应用价值。
In order to treat the electrolytic waste water,the paper reduces Cr(Ⅵ)to Cr(Ⅲ)with iron dust,while adjusting PH in the range of 3.0~4.0. Then irons from heavy metal deposit after adding carbide slag in waste water. As a result from experimental practice, characteristics of treated water come up to national standard of water drainage.This method has a few advantages such as lower investment and lower operating cost,and is available to electrolytic industries, Particularly medium and Small industries
