摘要
目的 评价SPF级动物室熏蒸灭菌后的粉尘对空气洁净度指标的影响。方法 依照国家标准GB14 92 5 - 2 0 0 1分别检测空气落下菌及空气洁净度指标。结果 SPF动物室用甲醛熏蒸后 ,空气落下菌能达到 3个 皿 ,但熏蒸后的粉尘未擦试干净可使空气洁净度指标超标。
Objective To estimate the influence of particles produced by formaldehyde fumigation on the cleanliness of SPF animal laboratory. Methods\ According to the national standard GB 14925-2001 the relative environmental indicators of both fall bacteria and cleanliness were surveyed. Results\ The fall bacteria of SPF animal laboratory fumigated with formaldehyde were 3 entries/culture container.But with the resulting particles,the cleanliness level missed the requirement of national standard. Conclusion The SPF animal laboratory fumigated by formeldehyde should be given a thorogh cleaning.
