本文阐述了高效毛细管电泳的各种进样方法的原理及有关理论;指出了各种方法的优缺点,讨论了进样对分离效率的影响;给出了几种进样器装置;对该方面的工作进行了展望.
The principles and theories of varions sample introduction techniques in HPCE have been described. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods and the influence of sample introduction on separation efficiency is discussed. Several sample injectors are introduced. The prospects of development of the sample introduction technique in HPCE are reviewed.
