梗阻性肾病的药物治疗
摘要
梗阻性肾病是由一系列血管活性物质、生长因子、细胞因子、化学趋动蛋白及炎症介质共同作用的结果 ,其最终的病理改变是肾间质纤维化和肾萎缩。本文概述了梗阻性肾病的发病机制和药物治疗进展。
