摘要
本文用高效液相色谱法同时测定人尿中假尿核苷和肌酐,研究了流动相的pH值变化对色谱行为的影响,方法简便、快速,已成功地用于对正常人、肺部感染及肺癌患者的尿样分析,其结果有显著性差异。
A simple method for the simultaneous determination of pseudouridine and creatinine in urine using reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection is described. It consists of simply diluting the filtered urine with mobile phase followed by direct chromatographic injection. The mobile phase was 0. 02mol/L phosphate buffer (pH=4. 0) and wavelength of detection was at 254nm. Influences of pH of the mobile phase on capacity factors have also been discussed. This method has been applied to the analysis of urine samples from normal donors and patients with lung cancer and pulmonary infectious.
