摘要
目的 :通过在体电阻应变测量法探讨种植体弹性模量的变化对颌骨表面压应变值的影响。方法 :将弹性模量为53Gpa、78Gpa、110Gpa的纯钛种植体各6枚分别植入三只狗的两侧下颌骨内 ,三个月后取下标本 ,利用电阻应变测量法记录种植体承载不同的垂直负荷时下颌骨表面的压应变值。结果 :在相同垂直载荷下 ,当种植体的弹性模量由高至低时 ,下颌骨表面的压应变值随着种植体弹性模量的降低而增大。结论 :降低种植体的弹性模量 ,有利于将种植体承受的功能负荷以压应力的形式传递到骨组织中去 ,是改善种植体生物力学相容性的有效途径。本实验中所研制的53Gpa、78GPa低弹性模量纯钛种植体 ,对研发新的种植体材料提供实验依据。
Objective:To study the effects of elastic modulus change of dental implants on the compressive stress in the surface of the jaw of dogs.Methods:The elastic modulus of three type implants was53Gpa,78Gpa and110Gpa.The strain value was recorded when the implants inserted into the jaws were loaded vertically.Results:The compressive strains increased as the elastic modulus of implants declined,and the compressive strains of the three type implants were significantly different(p<0.05).Conclusion:Reducing elastic modulus of implant can conduct the functional load to bone as interfacial compressive stress form,and is a valid wayto improve biomechanics compatibility of dental implant.The study provided the experimental basis for de-veloping new materials of dental implant.
