摘要
目的记录几种常见黄斑疾病的明视视网膜电图photopicelectroretinogram(photopicERG) ,又称单次闪光视锥细胞反应(single -flashconeresponse) ,并探讨明视视网膜电图在黄斑疾病诊断及疗效评定的价值。方法对三种黄斑病变进行双眼明视视网膜电图的检测 ,以明视白光b波的振幅及潜伏期作为观察指标。结果黄斑裂孔、中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变、湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性的明视视网膜电图b波振幅值与正常对照比较差异有显著性 (p <0 .0 1) ;b波振幅异常率分别为 10 0 %、71.4 %、87.5 % ,而干性年龄相关性黄斑变性的异常率较低 2 6 .7% ,异常率间差异有显著性 (p <0 .0 1) ;b波振幅值与视力呈高度正相关关系。结论不同类型黄斑病变对黄区视网膜电活动的影响程度存在差异 ,明视视网膜电图是测量黄斑功能的一种有效电生理方法 ,对黄斑疾病的诊断有意义。
Objective To record the single-flash cone response in macular diseases, and define the using value of photopic electroretinogram(ERG) in macular diseases. Methods The photopic ERG of three kinds of macular diseases were recorded, the amplitudes and latency of photopic white b-waves where analysed. Results The amplitudes of photopic white b-wave in idiopathic macular hole, central serous chorioretinopathy, wet form age-related macular degeneration(AMD) were significantly lowered in comparision with the controls(p<0.01) . The abnormality ratios of amplitudes of photopic white b-wave were 100%, 71.4%, 87.5%. In the meanwhile, in dry form AMD the amplitudes had no significant changes .Conclusions There are differences in macular electrical activities in these maculopathies. The photopic ERG is an effective method of electrophyisoloy for testing macular function.
