瘦素与骨质疏松研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 研究表明原代培养的骨髓脂肪细胞有高水平的瘦素表达;瘦素可促进人骨髓基质细胞向成骨细胞分化,抑制其向脂肪细胞分化;另外,血瘦素水平影响老年人成骨细胞活性及胎儿的骨骼发育,这些均提示瘦素影响骨代谢。成骨细胞上有瘦素及其受体表达,表明瘦素可直接作用于骨。瘦素也可通过中枢抑制骨形成。瘦素并不影响骨吸收。瘦素在绝经后骨质疏松的发生中发挥一定作用,还可能介导了糖尿病相关性骨质疏松的发生。瘦素用于治疗骨质疏松的前景值得评价。
