老年男性骨质疏松症患者外周血瘦素及骨代谢指标表达分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的分析老年男性骨质疏松症(OP)患者外周血瘦素(LEP)及骨代谢指标表达。方法连续选择25例老年男性OP患者,入选对象接受了外周血LEP以及骨代谢指标骨钙素(BGP)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)等测定,并与22例相同年龄和性别、正常骨密度健康人(对照组)相同检查结果比较。结果老年男性OP组的外周血LEP浓度明显低于对照组,而外周血BGP和AKP浓度则明显高于后者(P<0.01)。结论老年男性OP患者存在明确外周血LEP低水平表达,伴随其他骨代谢指标浓度升高。
