白细胞介素 2 8(IL 2 8A、IL 2 8B)和白细胞介素 2 9(IL 2 9)是一组由病毒或双链RNA诱导的多种细胞产生的新型白细胞介素 ,它们能结合一种由IL 1 0Rβ和IL 2 8Rα组成的异二聚体型Ⅱ类细胞因子受体 ,通过Jak STAT信号通路而发挥其抗病毒或其他防御功能。作者就IL 2 8与IL 2 9的分子结构、编码蛋白、受体与生物学活性等作一综述。
The three members of this newly identified cytokine family, termed IL 28A, IL 28B and IL 29, binds to a heterodimeric receptor, in which one subunit is a novel member of the class II cytokine receptor family(designated IL 28Rα) and the other is identical to the IL 10 receptor β(IL 10Rβ). These newly described cytokines are induced by virus infection or double stranded RNA and showed antiviral activity, and they activate the Janus kinases signal transducers and activators of transcription(Jak STAT) pathway. The receptor ligand system may contribute to antiviral or other defenses by a mechanism similar to, but independent of , type I interferons(IFN).
