摘要
纳米粒子是一种微观的胶质体系 ,研究表明 ,将抗癌药物连结在纳米粒子上可以使其在组织和细胞中的分布得到控制 ,从而增加药物的抗癌功效 ,减小毒副作用。作者综述了传统纳米粒子及长效纳米粒子的不同靶向作用及其机制 。
Nanoparticles is a kind of submicronic colloid systems. Numerous investigations have shown that the distribution of antitumor drugs in both tissues and cells be controlled by associating the drug loaded nanoparticles. The rationale behind this approach is to increase antitumor efficacy, while reducing systemic side effects. This review mainly summarizes the different tumor targeting mechanism between conventional and long circulating nanoparticles. The efficacy of anticancer drugs after intravascular or tumoral administration and the mechanism involved in tumor regression are also discussed.
