摘要
目的 分析中药灌肠辅助抗生素治疗盆腔炎性包块临床疗效。方法 治疗组与对照组同样采用抗生素的基础上 ,治疗组加用中药灌肠 ,观察测量治疗前后盆腔包块的大小。结果 治疗 1个疗程治愈率从 0提高至 4 0 % ,2个疗程总治愈率从 32 %提高至 6 0 %。结论 中药灌肠辅助抗生素治疗盆腔包块疗程短 ,治愈率高 ,是一种理想的治疗方法。
Objective To analysis the clinical therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema assisting antibiotics on pelvic inflammatory mass. Method Treating group and control group both applied antibiotics, on this basis traditional Chinese medicine enema was added to treating group. The type of pelvic mass of each patient was measured and recorded before and after treatment. Result After one course of treatment, the curative rate was elevated from 0% to 40%; at the end of two course the total curative rate was elevated from 32% to 60%. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine enema assisting antibiotics curing pelvic mass will shorten the treating course and elevate the curative rate, so is an ideal therapeutic measure.
