摘要
北京·印象小区工程的种植屋面工程量为7000m2,屋面防水按Ⅰ级设防。施工中采用双层聚酯胎弹性体沥青防水卷材和一层C20普通钢筋混凝土防水层兼作卷材防水层的保护层,选用粘土陶粒、挤塑式聚苯乙烯保温板等高品质材料,确保了种植屋面防水、保温、隔热、绿化环境的设计功能。
Roof planting area at Yinxiang Sub-district in Beijing is 7 000 m2 with roof design waterproof of Grade Ⅰ. Two layers of polyester-base elastic asphalt sheet and one layer of ordinary concrete C20 are placed as waterproof layer, while the latter can protect the waterproof layer at the same time. High quality materials such as clay ceramsite and squeezed polystyrene insulating plate, etc. are used to ensure the design functions of waterproof, insulation, heatproof and environmental greening of the planting roof.
