摘要
当前我国“人才高消费”现象仍然很严重 ,“人才高消费”是一种不合理的现象 ,具有较大的危害性 ,本文着重对“人才高消费”的危害、原因及其对策做了一些理性的探讨。
The phenomena of 'the talent high consumption' is still serious in our national talent market. It is an unreasonable phenomena, and it does a great harm to our society. This article discusses the harm, the reason and the countermeasure of 'the talent high consumption'.
