摘要
本文介绍了作者研制的激光超声测厚系统的基本原理和部分实验结果,讨论了该系统用于无损测厚的几个问题。
The history, present situation and importance of the laser-generated ultrasonic technique are presented. Basic principles and some experimental results of laser-generated ultrasonic gauge which we developed are introduced. Several problems about using this technique to NDT are discussed in the paper.
